Driven by a personal calling, Dasha founded Faithful Birth Doula Services to be a voice for families navigating the healthcare system. Her leadership extended into high-impact roles at community-based organizations, where she rose from Doula to Director of Family Services. In these capacities, she revolutionized operations through strategic data management, staff development, and performance-driven problem-solving.
Dasha holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management from Franklin University. A mother of three and grandmother of one, she leverages her firsthand experience with maternal health inequities to consult on building systems that honor dignity, equity, and improved outcomes for families.
